About Shane Scadden
As the newest member of the team, Shane is excited to bring a fresh perspective. He began his legal career as a public defender in Georgia, while attending Mercer University School of Law.
His experience includes representing hundreds of clients in court with a variety of charges such as traffic violations, drug possession, and theft. Over time, this allowed him the opportunity to develop the litigation skills necessary to see a case through to trial.
Shane has dedicated himself to improve the welfare of victims and the way they are treated by the system. He believes it is far too common for victims of crimes to never be compensated for the hardship they have endured. Once he saw this unfold first hand, he decided that he could better serve the interests of justice by advocating for those who have had their lives changed by the negligence of others.
